Facts in one pass
Castlevania: Belmont's Curse is a 2D action-exploration game, not a roguelike. Evil Empire developed it. Motion Twin advised. Konami publishes it. It came out on 15 October 2026. A demo exists and is the opening chapter. It is not included free with Game Pass. There is no native Switch 2 edition. There is no PS4 version. The story year is 1499.
Standard is $29.99 and Midnight is $39.99. One writer needed a little over 15 hours, or 10 to 12 if rushing. There are three endings. Sypha is dead before the story starts. Where the long answers live
Platform rumors have their own URLs because they attract corrections. The links under this section are those URLs. Reddit and Fandom are community sites; this guide does not mirror their threads. If a question is only a boss pattern or a puzzle input, it belongs on that boss or puzzle page, not in this list.
What I ran into
I use the FAQ as a switchboard. Every answer I was tempted to stretch is already a page. The short version stays short so the long version has a reason to exist.
