Composer and edition
Wikipedia credits the score to Daniel Asadi. The Midnight Edition's Digital Sound and Art Gallery includes 71 tracks, covering the game, extended cues, and story pieces. Konami's product page is the list. Names read from it include Bloodbound, Streets of Fire, Oathbreaker, Of Ash and Fire, Holy Fury, Gravefall, Fate's Blade, Bone March, Death Rite, Whisper of the Soul, Balance of Truth, Point of No Return, and Fanatical Son.
Bloody Tears is on the list. The official trailer uses it. Further titles from the same gallery include Crimson Dungeon, Forbidden Archives, Black Seal, Iron Clock, Stone Tyrant, Master of Pain, Gold and Blood, The Stolen Cathedral, The Last Blood, and Shattered Crown. That is not all 71. The product page is the full set.
What is not on the list
A Portuguese search for a song called The Fallen does not match a title in the names above. I will not assign that query to a nearby cue. A Spotify or Apple Music release was not verified, so there is no store link for a separate album. The in-game gallery is the copy Konami describes.
What I ran into
I checked Bloody Tears by name because it would have been easy to assume the series standard was missing. It is track-listed. The Fallen, as a song title, is not, and the page says so instead of pointing at a guess.
