Relics
Relics and the effects we can cite
Forty-two, three slots
Fextralife lists 42 relics: 41 found in the world and one bundled with the Midnight Edition, Family's Grace. You equip three. The map's relic pin count is 41, which matches a list that leaves the Midnight relic off the map. A count of 44 in another article is not used.
Effects I can quote: Crypt Key restores health and magic when you open a chest. Obsidian Fang adds 45 percent damage for 3 seconds after a guard break. Shadow Veil adds 33 percent defense below 33 percent health. Twilight Gem adds 30 percent damage for 3 seconds after a spell. Nightshade restores 40 percent magic when you drink. Abyssal Eye adds 35 percent damage to controlled enemies. Mourning Bead adds 35 percent move speed for 7 seconds after a kill.
More quoted effects, and the names I will not anchor
Specter's Whisper adds 30 percent damage below 20 percent health. Necro Charm adds 25 percent damage for 3 seconds after a kill. Ebony Claw adds 50 percent to a guard-break stun. Witch's Knot makes a potion restore 100 percent health. Sinister Rune adds 40 percent damage to enemies at full health. Lich's Mark refunds 40 percent of the cost if you cast again within 1.5 seconds. Midnight Tear reduces damage taken as magic falls, up to 50 percent.
Forsaken Ring and Ornate Ring appear in search and not in the relic list I read. They are not given sections. The other relics in the 42 need their text read one by one before they get a sentence.
What I ran into
I had a list of 42 names and text for 14. Publishing the other 28 with guessed percents would have been the failure mode. The page is the 14 I can say out loud, plus the rule for the rest.
